Todd Crutchlow is Head of Aqualitas, with executive accountability for site leadership, operational strategy, quality systems, global supply chain and logistics, and regulatory compliance within a vertically integrated medical cannabis organization.
Todd is a visionary executive with 20+ years of leadership experience across regulated industries, including advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. He has led large‑scale, multi‑site operations of more than 300 personnel across the full vertically integrated value chain—from cultivation and manufacturing through quality, packaging, distribution, and international market supply—bringing operational rigour and engineering agility to complex environments.
A core focus of Todd’s leadership has been the design and execution of end‑to‑end global supply chain strategies. His experience includes aligning cultivation and production planning with commercial demand and sales forecasts, strengthening inventory and logistics strategies, and overseeing export and distribution readiness to support reliable, compliant international supply.
Todd has a proven track record of delivering KPI‑driven performance improvements, including double‑digit gains in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), improved On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) delivery, enhanced cost control, and measurable improvements in safety, sustainability, and environmental performance. He is adept at aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver results through disciplined execution, performance management, and continuous improvement.
At Aqualitas, Todd’s focus is on advancing EU‑GMP and DEL readiness, optimizing vertically integrated operations, integrating global supply chain strategy with commercial and regulatory requirements, and positioning the organization for compliant, scalable growth in international medical cannabis markets.
