How to Become a Client

*Please note: Aqualitas will be able to accept patients once we receive our sales licence from Health Canada. To be contacted when we are registering clients, please email clientsupport@aqualitas.ca or call 1-833-300-AQUA(2782).

There are a few simple steps required to become an Aqualitas client.

  1.  Have your physician or health care practitioner complete your medical authorization form. You can download our medical document here to bring to your medical appointment.
  2. Once your health care practitioner has completed the medical authorization, you will need to fill out our registration form  and send both documents to Aqualitas. If you’d like help completing your registration, don’t hesitate to call our Client Care team who would be happy to walk you through the process.
  3. Shop for your products! Once we have received your completed medical authorization and registration form, you can log into your client account and purchase your medical cannabis. Our Client Care team is available to help you complete your purchases.

Veterans

Compassionate Pricing

Aqualitas is committed to making medical cannabis accessible to those who need it. If you require assistance in purchasing cannabis for medical purposes, please contact our Client Care team for information on compassionate pricing for those in financial need.

Seniors

We understand that client needs are unique and change as you age. Our Client Care team can work with you to help you better understand our products and help you make informed decisions about your medical cannabis.

We have a dedicated, knowledgeable team of professionals to support you in your journey with medical cannabis. If you need assistance with the registration process, speaking with your physician or health care practitioner or choosing the product to best meet your needs, please contact us. Our team is available by phone Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (AST) Email support is also available during these hours.
